A property listing platform with fast search, filtering, and inquiry flows built for a housing marketplace.
The challenge
Property seekers abandon slow listing sites quickly. The platform needed to render large sets of listings with photos, filters, and detail pages while staying fast on mobile connections — where most property searches happen.
The solution
I built the frontend with Vue 3 and Element Plus, using API-driven listing grids with debounced filtering, lazy-loaded images, and a mobile-first layout. Detail pages surface the key decision info — price, location, features — above the fold with a persistent inquiry action.
