HRMS — HR Management Dashboard
An enterprise HR management dashboard covering attendance, leave, payroll, and performance — dense data made scannable.
The challenge
HR teams live in this screen all day. The dashboard had to surface attendance summaries, leave applications, payroll overviews, work-hour analytics, and reminders in one view — dense information that stays readable, on desktop and tablet alike.
The solution
I built a modular card-and-widget system on Bootstrap 5 with a full sidebar navigation (employees, leave, payroll, performance, reports, access control). Each widget — attendance charts, leaderboards, payroll summaries, birthday reminders — follows the same visual grammar, so the eye finds numbers fast and new modules slot in without redesign.
The results
- Complete HRMS frontend: dashboard plus employee, leave, and payroll views
